Dr. Nicole Irace’s compensation was beyond measure. At the most difficult time, her gentleness helped me through a process that every cat and dog parent dreads. This is, by far, the best VH I've ever been to. I was even matched with a specialist who moved here from another VH and the nurse who worked with her went with her! If people want to work here, you want to bring your pet here!

Was able to bring my pet in on an emergency visit. The veterinarian seemed to take great care to thoroughly explain the results of her exam of my dog. Reception area personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. The intake-process was very efficient

My baby Nala was being seen by her wonderful cardiologist who always did the best to ensure my baby was the healthiest she could possibly be. We had an unfortunate accident where my baby did not survive. We rushed her to RBVH since she was already receiving continuous care. Brought my dog in for a small growth. The staff was so professional and helped ease my mind about bringing her in. My girl is an extremely excitable dog and they completely accepting of her behavior and help her to settle very quickly. She has no fear of coming here and loves everyone she encounters.
